Limit of Liability

Although I handle each job with the utmost care, submission of any film, print, negative or other photographic service constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss by me as a result of negligence or any other fault, will only entitle you to replacement not to exceed $100.00.

Except for such replacement, all work will be accepted without warranty, guarantee or liability of any kind.

Originals submitted to my business with a value greater than $100 should be insured by the client.
