Custom Film Processing Each roll of 35mm or 120 black and white film is processed individually by hand in small stainless steel tanks; 4 x 5 and 5 x 7 sheet film are processed in BTZS tubes. Both types of film are processed in Xtol 1:1, within precise time and temperature specifications for each film type. Expansion or contraction (push or pull) is available at no extra charge. Please be aware that the U.S. Postal Service has irradiated mail to protect the public and postal workers from Anthax. Airline security also X-rays baggage with high-powered machines, requiring you to hand-check your exposed, unprocessed film. To avoid fogging, be aware of current security procedures when you ship unprocessed film. It may be possible to send unprocessed film via private shipper (e.g., Airborne Express, Federal Express, UPS). These security measures are a concern only in regard to unprocessed film; they do not affect the shipping of processed film.
