Printing for Hand colorists
Hand colorists use a variety of papers upon which they print and color their photographs, ranging from resin-coated satin-finish papers to fiber-based papers with both glossy and matte surfaces.
In addition, these prints may be processed using sepia or brown toner. The coloring materials include artist's oils, alkyd oils, water-soluble oils, acrylic inks, watercolors, wax pencils, and so forth.
Consultation is strongly advised, as each print is specifically created for the artist's paper, toning, and choice and application of coloring materials.
Printing is designed specifically for hand colorists and the mediums they choose. |
